Do I need a medical exam?
No! Just answer a few questions about your health and medications to qualify. We will do a prescription check instead of a medical exam or blood work.
How is your company different from other Final Expense companies?
We offer a whole life insurance plan that builds cash value and also provides extra coverage in case of accidental death. Policy owners will also get a membership which provides many benefits, such as having an expert team of negotiators that will work on behalf of your family to save thousands of dollars for your funeral service.
How is this different from the pre-need plans sold at the funeral home?
Our plans can be used at any funeral home in the United States, which provides urgent coverage you don't have to think about should you move/relocate within your lifetime. Our plans also have an Accidental Death Benefit which would pay out an additional amount equal to the policy amount if death was accidental.
How long does it take to get the funds from the policy?
Unlike other insurance policies that can take up to 3 months to pay out, our policies pay out fast, usually within 48 hrs. or less once the proper documents have been submitted for the claim.
What is Legacy Assurance?
My favorite part of this policy is the membership to Legacy Assurance. It has several benefits for our policyholders that include the WISH team, negotiators that will help your family save thousands of dollars on funeral services. They also have caskets, urns, liners at a locked in price lower than funeral home prices. Plus, there are living benefits that include discounts on diabetic shoe wear, hearing aids, and telehealth services.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We offer ACH bank draft from either a checking or savings account. Except for the first payment, you can choose your future draft dates! This is beneficial to those who are on a fixed income schedule.
When does coverage start?
In most cases, coverage starts within 24 hrs. from when the initial payment clears. Your policy will be mailed to you and should reach you within 14 business days or you can access them online.
How much coverage can I get?
We have coverage from $1,000 upto $30,000. The plans you qualify for will determine the amount of coverage you can purchase. We cover people ages 0-85.
